Hazard Categories and Sub-Categories

Identify degree of hazard

  • Categories 1, 2, 3, 4, 5
  • Lower number = greater hazard
    • I.e. 3 is more hazardous than 5

Sub-Categories

  • A, B, C
    • The higher the letter is in the alphabet (closer to the beginning of the alphabet) is higher the hazard is, i.e. B is more hazardous than C.
