- SDS = Safety data sheet
- Hazard Group = Health, Physical, and Environmental. Groups includes hazard classes that have specific hazardous properties.
- Class = Hazard classes are a way of grouping together products that have similar properties.
- Category = Each class at least one category. Categories tell you about how hazardous the product is.
- Hazard Statement = Standardized statement to describe the hazard, appears on label and SDS
- Signal Word = ‘Danger’ and ‘Warning’
- Pictogram = WHMIS 2015 symbol
