Supplier Responsibilities

Suppliers are those who sell or import products. When a product is considered a hazardous product by WHMIS legislation, a supplier must;

• Provide labels and current SDSs on hazardous material
• Update SDSs as required (if the product composition changes or the hazard associated with the product changes)
